Need To Change Color Of Text On Create A Thread Subject Bar

 I have tried changing multiple texts options on the Visual Editor>Forms>Text and none of them are changing the color on the Subject Bar when creating a new thread. The text for this bar is black on current theme and so is the background which makes it very hard to type your subject.

if someone could direct me how to change it I would appreciate it. Thank you

Hi Razz

That's a highly modified theme so I can't be sure of any change I might suggest using the Visual Editor.

If you'd like to export that theme to your computer, then add it as an attachment to a post in this thread, I can try to work with it and come up with a plan for you, using the Visual Editor.

Else, just adding this to the very bottom of the Style Sheet for that theme, will work:

/* Specify color of text in input areas for Subject and Guest Name */
.wysiwyg-area .subject_line input, .new-area .guest_name input {color: #b7c4c4;}
/* End of Section */

You can change #b7c4c4 to whatever hex color value or color name that suits you.
