All the time. That's why I try not to drive with my wife. You're suppose to make the wife sit in front of the car.

Have you ever seen anyone in person who is normally nice have severe road rage before? Severe road rage? No. I would consider severe to be things like running someone off the road, brandishing a firearm, etc. But I have ridden with some people who are usually mild-mannered but displayed some seriously aggressive driving that I would characterize as road rage. Unfortunately, aggressive driving / road rage seems to be contagious for some people. If they feel they've been disrespected, insulted, or even just inconvenienced by other drivers, they respond in-kind (or escalate). At one time in my career, I logged over thirty thousand miles per year in my company car. I've seen all sorts of shenanigans. At one point in time, if someone flipped me the bird I'd just smile and wave. (You can't imagine how much that would get under their skin!) But I decided a better course of action would be to not engage those sorts of people at all. Just ignore them, while being prepared for any stupid actions they might take.

I log 60,000 miles a year on my company vehicle so I see a lot of things as well. I can't stay that I rage, but I do get annoyed and frustrated at people that cannot maintain a speed. Where they'll fly by me, just to get over and slow down to slower than I've been going the entire time. I see a lot of texting, I wish people would stop that one. Since covid hit, people are driving way too fast and way too aggressively now. Cars keep coming with more and more horsepower and safety features which are enabling confidence in this behavior too.
