Requesting help with Yootil and Rudolph's Presents.

Hi,

I have requested help on the Rudolph's presents topic before, but I have also noticed the Yootil plugin isn't showing an icon either, so hence the new post.

I have the Yootil plugin at the top of all the other plugins I have installed on my forum. The Rudolph's presents plugin is directly underneath. I have had this working a few months ago, and now it refuses to work.

I assumed it was a glitch, so I removed both Yootil and Rudolph's presents plugins, cleared cookies and cache then reinstalled them to my forum, but I'm still not having any luck getting it to work.

I've tried juggling round the plugins up and down the list which didn't help, so decided to make a whole new "test" forum from scratch and just have those two plugins installed thinking it might be something wrong with the code for my forum altogether, but again I'm not having any luck there either. Still refuses to work.
I've even tried two different browsers. 

I just can't figure this one out, so please any help would be greatly appreciated.
