Forum URL: pulsemusic.proboards.com/Hello guys. It seems that there's an issue with the search function again. Something similar, which was mentioned here, happened a year ago. Contrary to the aforementioned, threads and/or posts are shown, but the recent results (most, if not, all of them from November) don't appear. Therefore, I would like to request another re-index in the forum. Thanks in advance!

Hello guys. Thank you for your help.
Looks like the re-index have worked well with the search function in the forum, but it seems that there are still a bug with it, mainly with the latest threads and/or posts after the re-index was submitted. I mean, I don't see any issues with the ones from November now, so these have been solved. However, some of the ones from December don't appear yet.
For example, there are two threads that were created around 7am. ET and 7pm. ET yesterday. The former appears after the search function is done, but the latter isn't, so this is the reason why I'm suggestion that the threads that were created after the re-index was submitted still have some issues with the search function.

Juan Carlos, may I ask for the link to the thread that did not show up in the search, and the keyword(s) used in the search?

Sure, Scott. These are two of the threads in question: • pulsemusic.proboards.com/thread/200921/• pulsemusic.proboards.com/thread/200922/In the first one, if I write 'all time low' without the apostrophe, the thread doesn't appear in the seach, but there are results with the exact name in pages two and three, for example, as you could see this here. In the second one, if I write 'jeris' without the apostrophe, it only gives me one result, which you could see here, and it's not this thread. There's also a thread is another part of the forum, which couldn't be seen by guests, so I'm not sure if you're able to see this. • pulsemusic.proboards.com/thread/200917/In this case, if I write 'spotify' without the apostrophe, this thread doesn't appear in the results, but the one which was done last year appears, as you could check here.

Juan Carlos, when you search are you using the What to search or Where to search? Have you tried "Where to search... where the thread title contains" field?

I usually use the tab 'search' which is located in each board. However, regarding your question, I tried using both of them ('what to search' and 'where to search') and none of them give me results of the thread(s) in question. For example, I tried 'jeris' (without the apostrophe) in both cases and these were the results: • Search for posts with at least the word jeris, in the board CHR/Pop, made by Everybody, and display results as threads: link• Search for posts where the thread title contains jeris, in the board CHR/Pop, made by Everybody and display results as threads: link

I submitted another reindex, please let us know if this continues to happen again over the next 24 hours and I'll have another team member take a closer look.

Hello guys. Apologies for the delay of my reply, but I can confirm that everything is working fine. I also used the search function with threads that were created after the second re-index was submitted and they appear too. Thank you Craig, Scott and Michael for your help.
