Please help -- Monetary User Profile Code

Hiya all!

I'm hoping there's still someone out there who can help me, I have posted in the main monetary plugin but as I understand it, Peter is no longer monitoring and I'm not sure if anyone else is so I've created a thread here. I'm really struggling. 

Perhaps this is a stupid question, but I can't seem to refund my items? They appear on my mini profile when I post, but not on my user profile. I also don't seem to be able remove any items from myself or from other members.

I have looked through the plugin and I think I have checked everything that needed to be checked (Allow Removing in settings) but to no avail. I'm thinking all this is happening because I am using a custom theme? 

I'm useless at coding so if this is a coding issue, would someone be able to walk me through where to add the required code for it to show on my user profile? I'm not positive but I'm hoping that will solve the issue of refunding. I'm also not sure if it's affecting the gift/trade option too as I can't work that out either. 

I have read through the FAQs about integrating the items into profiles, but I'm such a noob, I don't understand what is meant by element and ID mean and how/where to input them. Would an inventory section to be created somehow?

I'm so sorry to be a pain, but if anyone could help I would really, truly appreciate it.

I registered on your forum just to be sure, and yes, it's due to your custom theme.

The Monetary System and Shop look for specific elements so it can inject content into the page. So in your case it can't find where to place the shop icons on the profile.

I offer no support for themes that remove classes from elements, so unfortunately you will need to handle fixing that yourself or talk to the theme author. I will help you out and point you to the lines of code of what selectors are being searched for...

I would read both support threads on how to handle custom templates. Your issue looks like might be easy to solve if you follow the instructions in the support threads.
