Single Member Isn't Receiving Money For Posting

I have the Monetary plug-in and it functions fine except for one new member. He posts regularly but isn't receiving any money for posting. I've checked all of the settings and haven't discovered what the issue could possibly be.

Any advice?

After checking your settings, have you put in the dollar amounts for Posts & Replies?

Is that member posting via the mobile version or do they have a script-blocker installed on their browser?

I can't be sure to be honest, is that an issue if it he is and if so can I fix that somehow?

You should be able to determine if they posted using the mobile version. The text via mobile will appear to the right of the timestamp on the post. You could disable the mobile version of the forum in Upgrades > Experiments in your admin, but that will make viewing the forum more difficult on a small screen. In my opinion, it would be better to just advise them that to get money for posting they'll need to post in the desktop version and leave it at that.

You won't be able to know if they're using script blocker extension on their browser unless you ask and they tell you.
