When viewing the page source on your forum, one of the first things I see is this:

It's been my experience when working with themes made by that author that plugins and scripts don't function well because she chooses to assign her own class names rather than ones typically found in proboards themes.

If you're determined to use that theme, I'd recommend contacting the author directly and explain what you want. Perhaps she'll write a script or modify her Forum Wrapper layout template to accommodate your needs.




Barring that, you might choose to use a different theme.
