Making secondary navigation bar static while scrolling

Hi

Based on this thread:

I'd like to do the same but instead of making only the primary navigation bar sticky as you scroll, I'd like to make the secondary bar sticky along with it.

Currently there is no "back to forum" button, only a "back to top" button (plugin), and I'd like to make it so that getting back to the forum from a thread is doable with one click.

You can go back to the Home Page by making the primary navigation bar sticky, but I want to be able to return to the specific forum I'm in with one click.

I'd appreciate any assistance with this, and thank you.

Hi. This thread has been here for more than 2 weeks and no one has responded. Is there somewhere else I should post it?

Not really, but this board is generally responded to be volunteers; with the holidays and other extenuating circumstances, I expect people have simply just been busy. Unfortunately I am unable to assist with this, but I would recommend to bump this thread up every 24 hours you go without a response to bring it back to the top of the list. Folks will start coming back from holiday soon so it'll be more likely to get filled then.
