At the Lake theme issues

Hello Tressa. 

I really like this theme but it doesn't work with the Forum Theme Selector plug-in. When I choose that theme, I click the selector, and it doesn't show the Forum Theme menu. I couldn't even go to my profile settings to select a theme there and could not exit that theme. I had to disable it to get out of it.

Is there a solution to this issue?

If so, Tressa has a Help Thread for that theme. support.proboards.com/thread/490128/lake. If you post your issue as a reply to her help thread, I think I have a solution. But I'd rather post it there so that others can easily find it if they are experiencing the same issue.
