How to put Pagination at the bottom instead of the top?

Pretty much as it says. I don’t get why the page numbers are at the top and not the bottom. Is there any way I can fix this?

Mainly because they scroll with you, so there's no need to have them in multiple places. That said, you can use this plugin to customise the pagination location/behaviour to a degree: www.proboards.com/library/plugins/item/212
