Is there a plugin, which allows me to show different boards, depending on the gender of the user? The reason is I am creating a running forum and would like to have a section for Women's running where women can post without constant mansplaining.

Not really, and I wouldn't recommend using a plugin for this anyway as it's super easy to bypass a plugin simply by disabling javascript. My recommendation would be to use groups instead. If you place anyone that discloses their gender as female in a hidden group (hidden so it doesn't show up in their profiles, to cut down on any potential harassment), and then create your board with access settings set to custom > specific groups > (whatever you name it) + staff groups, that should get you to where you're going. The downside though is that this is manual. You'd have to monitor anyone that has an open gender disclosure. Alternatively you might want to have a signup thread for interested parties, but that might open the floor to issues. Up to you!
