Looking For A Good Place to Get Avatar Pics

I don't know if I am putting this post in the correct place, I apologize if I did not. 

I'm looking for a new avatar pic to use in a new group I'm currently working on. Does anyone know of a good site to get avatar pics?

I also wanted to mention that LunaPic is a free, online program which is great for editing graphics and photographs. I was unable to afford something like Photoshop when I first tried my hand at designing avatars and the like, so it was great to find this free, online program. Hope it helps you as well.
