Hey hey! Going to number my thoughts as simply go in the order that I see things.

1. The first thing I noticed when I clicked on to the site is the error in the header image. I'd fix that up to keep it looking spiffy!

2. Do your affiliates need to be at the very top of the screen? I feel like it's a disservice to your site. I click in and the first thing I see are little images that make me want to click back out. Something to consider!

3. Love the skin! It's simply but nice to look at, and you did well picking your colors and images.

4. Love the cute headers at the top of staff posts!

5. I've clicked around and it seems well organized and invested in! One thought I had is that if someone like me, who can't draw, wanted to join then where would I get images for my cat? Also I do appreciate the art, but if you're wanting to increase your member base, it could be worthwhile to consider using pictures of real cats. That will also increase the aesthetic appeal when first clicking to home.

Best thing you can do for your site--if you're wanting a review to help you gain more members--is resolve to not let it die with your fellow staff member. I've done this by committing to write even if it's just the staff team online and writing. That at least has to be worth it for you at the end of the day. If you make something you'll only enjoy with a bunch of other random people jumping in then you'll find your site's life to be a constant ebb and flow--and your interest in it, too.
