I didnt understand why people made nuclear bunkers. If there was nuclear Armageddon who wants to live in a world like that.Imagine it,no running water,no electricity,no restaurants,no internet. If nuclear war broke out and my country was hit i would just want to die.

The show JERICHO taught us that there might be a way to survive after nuclear bombs go off.

The internet was nothing more than science fiction, a mere sixty years ago. Widespread distribution of electrical power only existed for about a century. Water from a tap and flush toilets have a slightly longer history. But for most of human history, people survived and thrived without modern conveniences. I'd be more concerned with anarchy, chaos, residual radiation, and nuclear winter.

With a degree in nuclear medicine and deadly aim with my gun, plus a lot of survival knowledge, I will be more than happy if I survive the initial blast.

Learn to clean and filter your own. Read a book about it! No electricity? Build a fire or find lamp oil. Again, read a book and learn about living wild. No 'net? Read fiction for entertainment, non-fiction for information, an encyclopedia (if they still make them!) for knowledge, and other books for learning how to live off the grid or wild. In other words READ! Of course you probably won't live through a bombing so you don't really have to worry

It's the survival instinct in all of us that makes us want to continue, no matter what.

I probably wouldn't want to live after that. The loss of convenience aside, unless there was still steady access to medical care I might end up dying anyway, so. It really depends how bad the aftermath was. I like living but there are a lot of things about modern infrastructure I'd kinda need to stay if I was to have a chance at really living after it was over.

I'm already set up to live that way.
Some one is going to have to kill me before I die for something like armageddon.
Wait, no internet ?

I would quite happily live after a nuclear war, (once the radiation had dropped to safe levels). Not that hard really living wild and we don't actually need all the modern high tech stuff we have these days to stay alive.
