It's always elements. The base 10 are fire, lightning, ice, wind, water, earth, light, dark, war, and mystic. They cost 15 each.
The other starting 7 are:
Terra - 16 earth + water each.
Astral - 18 light + dark each.
Power - 16 Fire + Lightning + Ice each.
Mythic - 18 War + Mystic each.
Druid - 16 Earth + Mystic each.
Temple - 16 Light + Earth + Mystic each.
