Search function isn't working. Possible re-index?

Hello guys. I would like to request a re-index to be done in the forum. Recent threads and posts, as well as the recent results since last week, don't appear. This also includes labels because the recent ones don't appear when the filter is done. As a premise, early this year, I filed a report about the same issue, which you could read it here, and there wasn't any problem after that because everything was working fine.

I'm wondering if I can request another re-index. The previous re-index worked perfectly with the recent threads and posts, but the ones done after that don't work using the search function, which is strange.

Hello again.

Apologies for this, but I would like to request another re-index. The one I requested last Tuesday didn't work, so all the threads and posts made since that day don't appear using the search function and I don't know the reason behind this.

I've submitted a reindex for posts and threads. Please let us know if things haven't improved in 20 minutes or so.

What exactly are you attempting to search for that should show up but is not? 

I did some checks and the post index appears to be caught up and working for me.

Apologies for the delay, but I appreciate your reply. Regarding your question, the issue seems to be with the recent threads that were created and posts after the latest re-index was submitted.

The last thread that works using the search function is the one below.

• pulsemusic.proboards.com/thread/204597/ (Title: Laura Mvula - "Got Me")

The subsequent threads that were done after the aforementioned don't appear in their respective parts of the forum and they are the following [as of May 11 at 12:26am. CDT].

• pulsemusic.proboards.com/thread/204598/ (Title: Belle Mt. - "Famous Son")
• pulsemusic.proboards.com/thread/204599/ (Title: Wrabel – "nothing but the love")
• pulsemusic.proboards.com/thread/204600/ (Title: HEALTH and Nine Inch Nails - "Isn't Everyone")
• pulsemusic.proboards.com/thread/204601/ (Title: Tai Verdes - "A-O-K")
• pulsemusic.proboards.com/thread/204602/ (Title: Bowling For Soup - "Getting Old Sucks...")

I tried using 'what to search' and 'where to search' with the word 'laura' and this works perfectly as you could see below.

• Search for posts with at least the word laura, made by Everybody, and display results as threads: link
• Search for posts where the thread title contains laura, made by Everybody, and display results as threads: link

However, if I tried using 'what to search' and 'where to search' with the word 'wrabel', this doesn't work and it doesn't give me any results of this specific thread as you could see below. The same could be applied with the rest of the new threads created.

• Search for posts with at least the word wrabel, made by Everybody, and display results as threads: link
• Search for posts where the thread title contains wrabel, made by Everybody, and display results as threads: link

Regarding the latter, please don't be confused with a similar thread created before with the same title. Anyway, I'm wondering if there's an issue with the reindex that it only applies with the threads/posts before this is submitted.

Hello Michael,

Apologies for not replying before, but it seems that there isn't an issue with the search function anymore. During the last few days, more than 100 new threads were created in the board and all of them work perfectly.

Thank you for your support and to Scott, who kindly submitted the two reindex before.
