There is not, but CSS is not the (sole) answer to any of these.

- Upload images / music features would require both a plugin (written in javascript) as well as a place to host the uploaded content.
- You can edit the legends in Admin > Structure > Layout Templates and select whatever page you want to edit the legends on. This would be a simple text change.

Does that get you where you need to go?
