How to move social sharing button outside action menu

Hi guys,

I'd like to show social sharing buttons below each post/threads.

I tried throw coding to adding them from scratch but I'm facing issue with linkedin button.

I tried also to move social sharing bring them out from action menu with no success.

My wish is to display social sharing icon below the thread with related custom icons (please, see attachment).
How can I move social share outside action menu?

download this to your computer and follow these steps

just go to

1.the plugin page and go manage tab

 b) click on action button link

2. click on setting tab 

3 fill out what is needed.
