adding flowers in the Advanced Styles & CSS

Hi i was just wondering how do i add flowers or images  to the Advanced Styles & CSS say i wanna add them in every theme where do i go thank you .

There is a lot of things you can do in the adv. and style section, but those like myself who can help you would need to know more -- a link is always helpful so we can take a look at what you have. But also where would you want to place the flowers would be very important -- so I can help you if you want me to lisaann - just pm me. I would also need to know if this is for every theme or just one theme -- also I need to know if that theme is from someone that designed it for you. They can easily implement what you want with what I give you. Anyway, you are welcome to pm me.

Just a quick note that to have things show in every theme, it would be easier to place it in the Global header, (along with any CSS that it needs).
