WMIP question

I already have the plugin which lets me check WMIP and SFS for individuals.

I have a problem with a banned individual who is making multiple accounts with new emails and slightly different IP addresses. On WMIP, the same longitude/latitude is given for all of them. Posts made on another forum giving information about posts on my closed one tally with the times members with this long/lat were online on mine.
We have banned as many accounts as we can find, but I have over 1k members and checking back is going to take some time. Is there a way we can do a bulk check on WMIP? Or ban that long/lat? A global ban won't work as new emails are created each time.
