Random Question, lol
As a Chef I get asked this endless amounts of times, heck even multiple times a day. At the end of the day when I get home, whatever is easiest and quickest to cook is my favorite. -coughtakeoutpizzaorderingcough- At work, I cook everything from breakfast foods to pastries. I work in a retirement community so a lot of what I cook is geared towards their taste. However they rather eat chocolate chip cookies for every meal.
So what are some of your favorite things to cook?

Years ago, my favorite food to cook was pancakes. I made the most perfect, uniform, pancakes. But I haven't made them in a long time. Now my favorite is omelettes. Not the crude, flip half over the other half kind. Rolled omelettes.  |

Dump stuff in, at breakfast time. Let it cook all day. No stirring, or anything. If you forget about it and it cooks a couple of hours longer than expected, it doesn't burn. Easy-peasy. |
