There is literally nothing I enjoy cooking. I enjoy eating and I like a lot of types of food, but I find cooking really, really tedious 😂 I have one word to share with you ... Crockpot! Dump stuff in, at breakfast time. Let it cook all day. No stirring, or anything. If you forget about it and it cooks a couple of hours longer than expected, it doesn't burn. Easy-peasy. I’m vegetarian and my husband isn’t, so wouldn’t work for us. Still tedious preparing the stuff anyway. I never said I don’t cook. I just don’t enjoy it.

I cook a lot that said I cook a pretty mean steak dinner. I've had many people remark it's the best meal they have ever had.

Definitely a decent curry for scratch, something very satisfying about it. I always love cooking a different country's taste and getting it spot on (though doesn't always happen!)

I adore cooking. I tend to make a wide range of things too so as not to get bored. Asian food is probably my favourite. Nepalese chilli chicken is superb. Any Indian curry as long as it's not korma. Various Thai stir fries (when I can get or grow the Thai basil). Last night I made pan fried sea bass with sweet Thai chilli sauce. But there are gems in all regional cuisine. Italian. Hungarian (the soups are to die for). English ( a lot of folks mock English food, but I think that's mainly as they haven't really tried any). French food tends to be a bit over fussy and too rich for me. But, for simplicity, pan seared duck breast is probably my favourite. No fat needed. Just salt & pepper &, if you get it just right it is incredible.

Random Question, lol As a Chef I get asked this endless amounts of times, heck even multiple times a day. At the end of the day when I get home, whatever is easiest and quickest to cook is my favorite. -coughtakeoutpizzaorderingcough- At work, I cook everything from breakfast foods to pastries. I work in a retirement community so a lot of what I cook is geared towards their taste. However they rather eat chocolate chip cookies for every meal. So what are some of your favorite things to cook? I LOVE to cook my homemade Lasagna! IT is like a big puzzle and it is very comforting to prepare! Even better to eat!

Ever since this heat wave kicked in I have been hooked on Greek salad, it's so easy, cheap, and yummy to eat.

A roast dinner. Whether it be beef, chicken, pork or lamb chops. I love the whole process of the preparation. I find it very theraputic, especially with some favourite music in the background

Chaz I love to make Korma I don’t do it from scratch I buy the kits you get in the grocery store. The spice paste and yogurt is ready to go.
