Category and Boards Theme

I am looking for a theme similar to the stylisation of Gaia online.

The only difference is instead of the Boards going down. Is it possible to have the boards going across.


For Example:

Category: News
World News
Entertainment News
Sports News
Wrestling News
Australian News
Medical News


Instead have it like this:

Category: News

World News             Entertainment News             Australian News

Wrestling News       Sports News                         Medical News



I would like each board under the categories to have different colors (Light colors, like if at all possible).
