Hello, I can't get into the relevant area (Advanced Styles and CSS as well as Color and theme creators. I can access other areas in the Admin section, including Theme Manager but not the rest of Themes section
Error page showing Error 550. Message say Proboards are aware of the situation and are working on it but so far the matter is not resolved. Is anything being done? Thank you.

It looks like there might be some systems issues (though for future: service issues should go in the [ Tech Support Board] as non-PB staff cannot assist with service issues). It's the weekend so I can't guarantee how fast they will be addressed, but I know that the PB admins have a means to receive alerts on these. Check the Tech Support Board periodically for updates, though it might not be until business hours tomorrow that they're addressed, in a worst-case scenario. However, PB is pretty good at responding quickly to service outages. |
