I've been writing my entire life. I take the heat of the moment and let the ink bleed onto the paper. By the time I'm done, the frustration is gone. My hand and I can rest.

Do you have or know any constructive methods to release negative emotions? What sort of negative emotions are you experiencing at the moment? Guilt, doubt, fear, shame, anger, hate, jealousy...general sadness/hopelessness with no apparent reason?
Often, these emotions occur because of toxic people making us feel this way. Sometimes the only solution is to distance ourselves or remove these people from our lives completely. Sometimes these emotions occur due to our own insecurities, lack of self belief and confidence.
Remember. You are valued. You are loved. We're glad you exist
If, however, there is no apparent reason for you feeling this way, make an appointment to see your doctor or practice nurse. Sometimes, myself included, we need medical help.
In the meantime, I always found a nice relaxing bath and an early night gave me thinking time to help put things into perspective
