Can you elaborate? Unfortunately "I can't do X" is not enough for helpers to go on as there could be an untold number of things prohibiting an action.

If you would be so kind as to describe the problem, and provide a URL so we can see the issue in action, that would be wonderful.

on the banner.

Could you double check your settings? It looks like you have the Logo enabled instead of the option that says Display Forum Title.
