Changing timestamp on users' posts

Hi all, new arrival here, so I'm treading carefully.

On my current forum (https://theotherfrenchforum.freeforums.net/), created in a rush in the last two days, against users' posts are timestamps such as "11 minutes ago" or "about an hour ago" or similar, and I and other users would much rather have an actual time and date, ie something like the title that comes up when you hover. I imagine that it's a line somewhere in the coding that needs changing or deleting, but I can't find it - is anyone able to help, please?
