Hi folks, Im wondering if somebody could help me out please.
In the past I have changed my Header Photo without major issue. However in recent months I cant get it to change. I keep getting a message saying
" The file did not upload successfully please try again- More Details in the File Storage Area"
The File storage Text is a link. The link shows I have 10/50MB left and 39/200MB of Attatchments.
The photo has been resized so its not large-so thats not the issue.
Can anybody shed any light on how i can cure this?
Thank You.

Hi stiffyivan and welcome to ProBoards Support. You very probaly have no more storage space for themes, this is seperate from attachments and cannont be expanded, or the image is over the 1MB limit. Firstly I would check the file size of the image you want to use and if it is below the limit, try removing any images you no longer need in the 'Custom Theme Images' section of the relevant theme. The 10/50MB means you can add another 40 themes to your forum, (as long as you don't run out of storage space). The 39/200MB of Attatchments is for images you upload in posts and does NOT include themes.

Thank you for your swift reply.
The photo is only 166kb as I resized it so Im pretty sure its ok. Im not sure where to find custom theme images - I will have a look to see if I can find that and deleate the images.
Cheers ivan.

I am probably not just very smart anymore, but here is my problem. I want to change the masthead illustration that appears at the top of each page of every board on my site. I know things have changed, but I cannot find the right the place in the admin section that allows me to make that change. What should I do?

Hi aztecwilliam it is better if you create your own thread, as it will make things a lot easier to deal with. If I am reading things right you want to change the banner image, which you can do by going to Admin Home > Themes > Advanced Styles & CSS > Visual Editor > Forum Banner > Banner Image. Make sure you have the correct theme selected at the top. After making your changes don't forget to Save Theme at the top or Save Changes at the bottom of the screen.

I hope I am making progress but am not sure. Again, I want to replace the existing banner image at the top of each page on my board with an illustration I created and have located on both on my PC and on an existing website. I went to Create a New Theme, chose Import an Existing Theme, then Import Theme. I selected the name of my illustration (did this twice, first time my illustration was a .jpg, the second time was after I had saved the illustration as a .png file), but it said it was the wrong file type. What file type is needed to create a new Theme? William Rupp
