I love ramen of all kinds, but the calorie count and excessively high sodium count for so little nutritional value has stopped me from eating it frequently.

Top ramen is a classics I've been eating Nissin teriyaki beef for lunch. When I could eat it. My choice was Top Ramen, but generally beef flavor, or chicken.. Though I am not picky at all! |

Maruchan practically saved my life. lol I learned to doctor up my instant ramen with eggs, scallion, and whatever leftover meats I had. I don't go very often but I love going to restaurants that serve genuine ramen.  |
