RPG stands for Role Playing Game

I Jason can't play Dragon Warrior: Legacy of Aiden

I looked on Google search engine

and I installed Steam

and I installed RPG Maker 2000 after buying RPG Maker 2000 on Steam

and I downloaded RPG Maker 2000 RTP Setup

and I installed RPG Maker 2000 RTP Setup files

but I get the error

RunTime Package not found. Install RTPe.exe

How do I get to play

Dragon Warrior: Legacy of Aiden

please? I have Windows 10 64 Bit

I found the System Requirements for RPG Maker 2000:

MINIMUM:

OS: Microsoft® Windows® XP/Vista/7/8
Processor: Intel® Pentium®4 1.5GHz
Graphics: 1024x768 or better video resolution in High Color mode
Sound Card: DirectSound-compatible sound card

The error message you're receiving indicates you are missing a component. A quick Google Search on my part shows you might be able to get said component here.
