Some help with an icon

I tried to edit it myself but I use library computers and it wouldn’t let me for some reason. My “new posts” and “ no new posts” cat icons look too similar. Can someone take the no new posts icon and remove the writing “no new” and get rid of the black bar. Can you post the image here and I will fix it the next time I’m close to a computer.
