Are there any weird food combinations that taste good to you, even though others were grossed out even by the thought?
I can think of two right off the bat. I've always liked to occasionally eat ketchup, or ketchup & mustard in between two slices of bread (with nothing else between the bread). I've also enjoyed peanut butter on pancakes. Other people I have known in my life have thought those two food combinations were gross.

I think if I mentioned my weird food combination I would make people ill. 😅

The only thing I can think of as weird is actually a Hungarian dish that most people think might be gross.
Turos Csusza:
Bacon Bacon Grease Egg Noodles Cottage Cheese Sourcream
If you want the rest of the recipe let me know. Sounds disgusting/is delicious.

Everyone can't stand it when we have a family function because I am putting it on there lol.

At breakfast time, Marmite and smooth peanut butter on toast. Sometimes have the same as a late night snack with added mayonnaise and a dusting of chilli powder. Years ago my girlfriend's dad (from N.Yorkshire UK) introduced me to Wensleydale cheese and Christmas cake with a Port chaser. The fruitcake and cheese work well together but I couldn't recommend eating the icing & marzipan when drinking Port. Oh, and I do like English mustard on spaghetti.

When I was still battling hyperemesis gravidarum, the only thing I could eat most days was white bread with mustard on it. I liked to think it was just pregnancy stuff buuuut, I've been eating that same thing since I was like, 7 😂 I also love barbeque sauce and eggs, or with corn.
