You know pretty much every home has them but never used them, I'm considering a treadmill but the weight capacity is 240 and I'm just 20 pounds over weighing in at the doctor's today at 260 really woke up my eyes into needing some physical exercise at home I'm looking at something that's affordable and foldable due to living in a one bedroom apartment something like this MOEO Folding Electric Treadmill www.amazon.com/dp/B09T3HCDHK/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_i_551S3Q3CAE9CP7VY64HH?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1That's 60 pounds added in the last couple years. Outdoors is obviously free but of course bad weather happens and such.

I don't use treadmills because my height and long stride make it impossible. There are longer ones but they are SO expensive.

You know pretty much every home has them but never used them, I'm considering a treadmill but the weight capacity is 240 and I'm just 20 pounds over The treadmill business is a good one, as many buy them and then don't use them, sell them, then buy another years later. You might try watching some YouTube videos for cardio exercise and doing those for free to lose the weight until you fall into the limit of the treadmill allowance. That would show if you have the discipline to follow through day after day before you actually spend the money. On good days, you can then go walking, too. I don't use treadmills because my height and long stride make it impossible. There are longer ones but they are SO expensive. I worked at a place where we had to take out the ceiling tiles for a couple of patients during their nuclear stress tests because the elevation of the treadmill would've caused them to hit their heads. Thankfully, medical industrial treadmills work for all strides, so we didn't have to worry about that aspect.
