gosh, i absolutely struggle to stay motivated for absolutely anything. Whether it be a tv show, cleaning my room, staying on a diet, etc. No matter what I do, I can't seem to stay motivated. Anyone out there got any tips for me?

EdgyOnyx, I'm similar with cleaning although not a room. I live in five different places, two countries and a boat. But in my old age I do still study. What works for me is setting my own, small, goal and reward system. Careful with the diet. Also get yourself checked for ADHD.

Like at work i just sit and answer calls, and its hard. I just don't have a therapist i see anymore and I don't have enough to go see one either

Sometimes it's easiest to make the simplest of to-do lists and when you cross something off, it can motivate and inspire you to finish a list. Make the accomplishments really simple and that can make it seem like you are accomplishing a lot too!

Anyone out there got any tips for me? I've always started small and worked my way up. The 1% better everyday moto. Diets I start slow and build up, working out I start slowly and add on more time. weight. reps etc. Don't try and be 100% better at once. I wish you luck as I've struggled with the same thing.

My best advice would be to push yourself initially. Do a little bit of whatever it is every day even if it's annoying. I think once you notice progress, you will feel motivated to continue and finish.
