Computer question

So, I done a system restore on my computer. As a result, on youtube chat, I can't highlight names of the users and the names of the user doesn't show up like it use to. I don't even see the name of participants on the list anymore. I'm a moderator and it's bit of a drag to get someone's attention of their misbehaving. I tried google and micro soft edge. It's the same way. Could this be a setting on my computer? Thank you for your help

If you're a moderator, you might want to contact the person who set up the channel to see if they changed something.

The other moderators can highlight and see the list. I wonder if it's a setting on the computer?

Just a couple of thoughts:

1. Depending on your antivirus and taking into consideration you attempted to use two popular browsers to troubleshoot your issues so far, your antivirus may have installed an extension and could be blocking your ability to highlight someone in a Youtube chat. Antivirus browsers extensions, in my experience, just cause trouble, so I tend to remove those extensions whenever I see weird issues relating to browsers.

2. You've indicated you did a system restore. If you restored your computer to an earlier time, is your operating system up to date?

In addition, I'm curious the reason for a system restore. Any chance you can shed light on that?
