Feature to tag all members of the forum

Hi,

I don't know if this is already available, but I would like a feature/plugin where admins can tag all members of the forum, or selected members for an admin message, similar to a mass email, but with tagging instead.

This may or may not be helpful depending on the size of your forum, and you would have to keep updating it. I use the Simple Tagging plugin so that people can tag staff members or members in the thread they are viewing. I had to define the staff members. So, technically, you could create a "tag all members" button, but you'd have to add every member to a list and keep updating the list as new people join.
