Say a user had 12 posts on their profile post count, and I delete 2 of their posts. Their post count would still remain at 12.
I'd like a plugin that makes an accurate post count that decreases when that user's posts are deleted, so if I deleted 2 posts, their post count would be 10 instead of 12.

This isn't possible for a plug-in as far as I am aware, because you cannot have plugins that automatically send requests to the server which would be required to automatically update someone's post count if someone took an action; the post count doesn't go down inherently because the posts were still made even if they were deleted. You can, however, manually edit someone's post count as a staff member by editing their profile (its in the staff options tab).
