Inserting bbcode using JS while in wysiwyg-editor

Hi!

I'm want to modify different parts of the wysiwyg-editor at Postingpage on my forum. I wonder, is there a way to insert bbcode and then display it with the use of Javascript with a similar result to if a table was created using the button at the top of the editor.

Is it possible to create a link or html-button at the top of the editor that, when clicked, inserts a table with one row and three columns, all with width 300px?
