New Avatar Creator?

I was thinking maybe a plugin developer can help me create like a avatar system with my own bases, items and that sort to be able to use around the forum too?

I know there's an older avatar creator but it used Adobe Flash which is now retired, so, I was thinking would it be possible to have a new advanced one made?

This might be silly, but why not use something like a picrew if you're going to be making your own bases anyway? You can then use an iframe to embed the picrew (or whatever you'd like) maker.

i mean it would take some work. here's the picrew site: picrew.me/creator/auth/login ; once you create an account you can create an avatar creator, but you'll have to use your own assets. picrew will provide the actual tech though :)

Picrew seems a little complicated to figure out, I even translated the pages, but some of the instructions are in Japanese. Have you ever used this before? Kami

Yeah Picrew can be rough since it's natively in Japanese.
