Time for the heater yet?

Dropped down to about 30° tonight can't believe we're already in complain about the cold weather season 🥶

Furnace is on, yes. However, it has been unseasonably warm the last few weeks. It has gotten colder overnight, hence the need for the furnace.

And why is my post count not changing? It forever says 17. Cripes.

If you post in the Games Forum then post's do not count and your total remains the same and does not move.

OT. tea4me, certain boards like the Game board have post count disabled to stop people spamming for Rank. So your post count of 18 is correct.

As for heating, no not yet. But I have been painting a boat for the last 2 weeks with blast heaters running to dry it. Started getting chilly outside but shorts and t-shirts in the painting shed.

The heater will remain on as it is going to get chilly this weekend and all through to next June.

I can always tell when it's cold as the wife puts the central heating on full blast, yuk, I prefer cold weather to heat any day,

As for the Games Board not giving post counts to stop Post Chasing is a good thing, I can remember one website and forum somebody accumulated 200 posts in one hour with answers like "Yes, No, Maybe, Lol...", that person was banned asp when the Admin, Mods came on line.

I won't turn my furnace on until it hits the 30s during the day. We can't afford the oil prices. The coldest it's been in my state is 36°so far, and that has been at night.

Getting chillier here overnight, that's for sure. Down into the 40s (Fahrenheit) and then it's only in the 50s so far today, and the furnace is running to keep this big house warm.

Next week, the highs should be in the 70's and the lows in the low 40's here. It's time to winterize the swamp cooler and get the heater prepped.

Happened here it was 30s here now it's in the 80s again, mother nature is off her meds again

We only had it on for a week. This weekend it's been nearly 80. But then we will be dropping after next Tuesday.

It's starting to get chilly for Southern California. Not quite heater weather, but definitely time to close the windows at night. I'm loving it. Some years it stays hot until very late October/early November so I've been loving the cool weather.

A couple of weeks ago, I needed the heater since it was getting below 40 degrees at night, but I've shut it back off now as it has been in the lower 70's at night.
