Changing 'post count' to another name

Hello. I have been searching to my best ability to find an existing plugin for this since I think it would be common. However I don't know what to search for, apparently, because I couldn't find any guidance on it.

I'd like to be able to change 'post count' to a word like 'experience' or 'merit' instead. I know it probably sucks to just ask but I couldn't find a better place to ask either. This way covers all the bases just in case it doesn't exist yet. 

Alternatively, is there an easy way to do this that doesn't require a plugin? I wasn't able to find anything in the admin settings.

Ah. I'm on a chromebook so I am not able to open the file extension. I could try another computer but would I need to keep using that computer to keep the plugin running?
