Blocking

Because I blocked them and they still see my posts and then people say they are leaving hate messages in my topics. The block feature is not good.

Maybe you can take your concerns to the admin of the forum in question. Your ProBoards experience shouldn't be a source of stress. I do hope you feel better.

I know but ai want the block feature to do its job and I don't want the person to see my posts at all.

I hear you and I understand. The way things stand right now, the other member would have to block you in order for them to not see your posts.

Did you have any luck when you chatted with the forum admin?

Admin is getting anxious too me thinks because I am not problem and other member is not but we don't get along.

I'm am sorry that the Block feature is not performing in the way you expected.

The feature is doing what it says (albeit with the exception of quoted posts not being blocked); and unfortunately how the block feature works cannot be changed at this time. While it's most likely no comfort at this moment, I have labeled this thread with Feature Request so that it is on the radar for future upgrades.

The block feature was never intended as a moderator tool that members use to police other members. And from your statement that another member is leaving hate messages in your topics, this is something that you need to address with the forum admin (or appropriate forum staff). If the staff are unwilling to take action you of course may file a harassment report directly with the Abuse Department. Though I understand you may not wish to view the negative content you will need to include links to the post(s) in question when filing a report.

As an admin, I can see how the admin there would want to try to be objective and not take sides. However, when fights occur out in the open, they can affect the entire community. The admin can and probably should delete posts that target you within your topics. If the block feature isn't sufficient, and if the other member doesn't get banned for their behavior, make a decision to do what you feel is best for your mental health even if that means taking a break from that community.
