How do i add my design names at the bottom of my themes  thank you .

You mean like theme made by?  lisaann,

If that is the case Admin > Structure > Layout Templates > Forum Wrapper
Add this to the bottom of the forum wrapper, just above </html> <div><center><font color="black">Design by </font><a href="insert your forum url here"><font color="#000000"> Lisa</a></font></center></div>
The two sections I have underlined you can use whatever colour will show for the theme.

Make sure you add the code to any themes you yourself make.
