The tour organisers would be the best people to ask. They will have schedules etc. Hopefully, your documents are correct and in good order too.

At what country borders must the travelers get off the tour bus and show their passports to border guards? You dont need a passport travelling inside the European Union, how ever I would suggest your take yiur passport too just in case as some border personal can get funny and akward
and no you need to get off the bus unless the make a bag/suitcase check.....last time I flew from Duesseldorf to Mabchester and had no problems at the UK border
