Peekaboo side table/collapsible sidebar (board specific)

Pebble 's plugin thread hasn't had updates or responses for years, so I'm looking here instead. I'd like a collapsible side bar with the ability to enable it only on certain boards.
For reference: I have a forum with a few different areas. One area is fantasy sports, one area is drafts and showdowns, one area is a fantasy wrestling federation. I want a peekaboo tab in the fantasy wrestling board that would display the current champions, but I don't want the tab to be visible on the forum home page or any other boards where it's not applicable.
Also, maybe an option for "distance from bottom of page" instead of only "distance from top of page".
