Theme Changer Plugin Not Working For Me

Ok, I have tried 4 time to change a theme over at this forum LINK using the theme changer. Each time it brings me to a theme named At The Hop even though I am choosing the Happy Mother's Day Theme. Admin says she has uninstalled and reinstalled the theme changer. I have had to do the same on a forum I help admin as well.

I tried a different browser and still getting the same results.

Has the yootil plugin also been installed? Theme changer needs yootil, per the [support thread for this plugin].

If you've already added yootil (make sure that yootil is at the TOP of the list of plugins installed!) and are still unable to use this plugin, I'd recommend posting in the support thread I just linked to; the thread hasn't been posted in for a while, but it looks like Texas, the plugin creator, logged in as recently as a month ago.

It isn't my forum but I am fairly confident that the owner of the forum knows what she is doing. This is the first time I have had issues changing themes on her forum.

Yes, Kami yootil was installed at the very beginning starting my forum in 2018. It's in the theme changer and also shows in the Profile settings on my profile. Other members on my forum are using "The Mother's Day" theme including myself.

It's possible that there is a recent change that may have impacted this if the problem is new / yootil has been installed — def recommend posting in the above support thread as Texas is likely the best person to investigate.

I feel like we've maybe misunderstood each other here; this is the "support area", however this particular plugin has a dedicated support thread. I apologise for the inconvenience of having to repost, but while combining threads is possible, it would not really make sense to combine this thread because half of the responses are me suggesting posting in the existing thread ^^;'

I did not initiate this thread and I don't know who Texas is. This is what you stated above and it appeared to me that you meant the support area in the 2nd. board at the top of the forum. spiceelicious
