So when writing a post the posts written before are under it. The order is from oldest to newest. I want to change them to be from newest to oldest, so that the newest post is just under. How to do that? Thanks for help.

How to do that? Thanks for help. Simply put, you cannot do this. Threads are chronological and there's no way we can change this.

Kami is right, threads themselves are chronological but if you are talking about changing the order in the reply or quote page in a thread then this thread might help you. I use this on my sites and now when I hit reply or quote then the latest post on the page I was on appears under the reply/quote box.

So is it not possible to change the listing of the threads the way I want them to go. For example Like alphabetical. I have to physically delete the thread and create them in the order I want them?

For future, please create your own thread per issue; if you need to provide context, please link to it instead of bumping something quite so old. To answer, what you can do is: on the thread list, select all threads with the select dropdown. Use the action dropdown to moderate > enable falling. Then individually bump them up in the reverse order of what you'd want -- so if alphabetical, you'd want to bump Z first, so that it's at the bottom when you're done. By enabling falling, if any replies are made in the thread, they will not move to the top at all. It's definitely not the best method ever, but that's what we are currently capable of. Note that if you create a new thread in this board you'd have to rearrange them via bump again.

Even if we could just don't do it, it would confuse readers.
