I've been searching on Google for days and to no avail. It only talks about the HDR monitor. I have an Asus 32 inch TUF gaming monitor 1440p, HDR, and looks phenomenal in HDR movies, and games. However, My 28 inch samsung next to it now darkens, while the same samsung monitor on the right side is perfectly fine. I've restarted, unplugged, etc, nothing. I've turned HDR off, and it's fine. However, everything on the HDR looks washed out, and white is extra white and bright.
It has nothing to do with the monitors physical settings button manager either.

Some things I thought of when reading your post. Are you using the same cables to connect both monitors? Are they both plugged into your GPU? Are all drivers up to date? Using the same color profile on both monitors? Is power save mode turned on for either one? If you have an Nvidia GPU this might also help.

We have found at work, when trying to power multiple screens that when a higher definition is required, we have had to add a second video card to supply the power needed to push the video to all of the monitors.

I guess I forgot to say I do have an Nvidia GPU an RTX 3060 Elite. No, one is Display Port, the other 2 monitors are HDMI separate. Yes, they're all plugged into my GPU. They are all up-to-date. The color profile only works on the HDR monitor, the other 2 are SDR, and can't use a color profile. Power save was immediately turned off. However, that link worked! Thank you!
Edit: I'm saving that in my bookmarks! lol. Actually, that made it look 10x better than before! We have found at work, when trying to power multiple screens that when a higher definition is required, we have had to add a second video card to supply the power needed to push the video to all of the monitors. I don't think my RTX 3060 will work with another 3060. But, I already spent nearly 600 dollars. lol.
