Just had the new 'try again in 30 seconds' error, trying to make a post. The URL remained the same - bsn.boards.net/post/create/143As soon as it started to hang, I went to a mobile device (Android/Chrome) and tried to refresh the site. It also hung. The post applied itself to the forum, though. Not lost.

I haven't been on very much lately, but I also just had the, "Try again in 30 seconds" error when trying to refresh a page.
That was then followed by, "upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: connection termination"

The user above had 4 of those "Try again in 30 seconds" errors in a row today.
I experience stalling without it resulting in a 502.

I can't login anymore, without resetting the password. At some point it thinks I am not logged in and when I login again, it says: The only way to fix that is to reset the password. I have done this two times now. I am not going to do this again. The same thing happens on the support forums. I hope this message reaches this forum, because I am not going to reset it for the third time.
Edit: I got this error in one of the attempts described above:
That's interesting, because I can't remember upgrading anything.

MadIce and bsndkr - We have been working on this and have a potential solution that we have been testing. We hope to have this in place this week. I am speaking for myself, because I don't want our forum to be the victim of my anger.
The end of the week has passed. But obviously you did not solve the problem. Instead of informing us, like mature people do, the silence is deafening.
Instead of improvement, things only get worse.
I have tried to be as polite as possible, but it is getting hard. I myself experience problems with both this account and my forum account. That still continues. I am incapable of logging in without resetting my passwords. Every single time. The problem may be accidental (although it happens on two different and unrelated accounts starting at the same time). What is not accidental is that you don't want to fix it, because I show you problems on our forum that you cannot fix. And thus you want me to leave. So it is in your favor to hope that I get annoyed (so you can ban me) or that I give up.
I don't accept apologies any more. I am pissed of.

MadIce - I've forwarded your recent reports of errors to our systems team. Your login issues appear to be a different matter altogether. From what I can see your account here and your account on the forum use different email addresses. Is this correct?

Yes. I have just tested it, and this time it worked. I can even login here and on the forum at the same time. That wasn't possible this weekend. And it required me to reset the password to access one or the other. I think I have reset my password at least 7 times.
I am still pissed, though.

MadIce - Using multiple email addresses is bound to cause login issues. Basically when you log in your active session is tied to your email address (global account) via a browser session cookie. If you login to another account that uses a different email address this can cause the browser session cookie to become "confused" or even corrupted. It's kind of like two different users trying to use the same login session. Ideally it's best to use one email address for all accounts on our service to avoid this. Or at least use separate browsers = like Chrome for email 1 and Edge for email 2. And fyi, this has nothing to do with the issues relating to the BSN forum.---------------- Now regarding the forum issues. As I mentioned previously we made some backend changes a week ago. Since that time we've been making adjustments. I can understand that your patience has run out, but I ask you please hold on a little bit longer. With the changes we made we are also gathering new data to assist in solving this anomalous issue.

Thanks. The reason I am still pissed is that the silence is deafening about the main issue. I am not even gonna repeat that. You know the issue hasn't been solved and it is there for at least 3 months. Friday was last week.

In case it's helpful as you're gathering data, I got this strange pop-up version of error 503 just a minute ago, which says that it is both an error 503 and an error 54113 at the same time. I have not gotten this error previously, and the URL stayed the same.

SabrinaFan - what were you doing when you received this error? I was looking back through this thread to find some info (I linked it directly to the page I clicked on when I got the error). I was not attempting to post and was just browsing through the thread. Oddly, the page itself still loaded and I was able to view it, but the error message appeared as a small pop-up window in the middle of the page.

One of our users got this error, while liking a post. I'm not that active on the forums, but just got one of these after clicking like on a post.
The like was applied though, and that applied status seems to have been known to by browser prior to the error, since no attempt at 'resending information' (or whatever that firefox popup says ) was made

I haven't been on very much lately, but I also just had the, "Try again in 30 seconds" error when trying to refresh a page. That was then followed by, "upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: connection termination" We've been having the same issues in the OP and now this, as well. "upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: connection failure" Sucks.

Funkytown - Appears to have been a momentary hiccup. All should be loading fine now. If you are having other issues with your forum please create your own thread. Thanks.
