What was your first discovery in making money online?

Selling? Working with companies? Every so often I'll find companies looking for product testers to help test there new products and report back any given feedback. My recent score a few months ago was a 2tb m.2 2230 SSD that retailed for around $250 MSRP. The company was kind enough to allow me to test it as their market for it was the SteamDeck. I simply ran benchmarks and took photos of the product and related any information back to them. A bit like Amazons program that sends products for free for top trusted reviewers. As a thank you they allowed me to keep the item.

Still any type of business you took online that helped you get a few hits? Now days I know people are recording jobs via YouTube and offering free services hoping to make a turn around through ad revenue. Cool way to do a good deed for the public and still make a little money.

I've only done online surveys and one that would send me vegan products for review. There are so many scams out there, it's difficult to figure out the true deals.
